I'm not sure what's wrong, but one specific submission is being repeated multiple times every day on random times. I have contacted the user and he is not aware of making multiple submissions. Do you have any clue what's going on? I've added a screenshot where this submission is highlighted.

It might be possible that the user has the Thank You page of your form saved on a tab on their browser, and so every time they open the browser the Thank You page gets loaded, which in turn resubmits the form. Please ask them to clear their browser cache to see if that resolves the issue.
To stop receiving multiple submissions from the same user, I would suggest that you setup Unique Submissions on your form. Please follow this guide on How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form
