How to make URL Match so changes show up?

Asked by mynextpet on May 04, 2012 at 09:46 PM

I have updated a current form but updates are not showing on our website link.

When I go to check the link it has capital S & F which is different but it won't let me change to lower case saying "name already in use". I checked through all my other forms to make sure no other form is using that same name.

    Hi Jill,

The reason why those changes doesn't show up on your page: http://www.mynextpet.com/aal_petfinder_submission_form.html is because you have embedded your form using your form's full source code. In order to get updates instantly, you have to re-embed your form either using iFrame or default script embed code. Here's how you can get this embed codes:

Hope this works for you. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
