    Form limit reached.

    Hi

    I am getting a message that I have reached my form limit.  I am on the starter plan that has 5 forms a month.  The message said to delete an existing form, I have deleted a few and I am still getting the same message.  There are only 3 forms on my account that have been used this month.  Please let me know why I am getting this message.

    I checked your treclincolnshire account and it appears that you currently have 25 active forms out of 5 on your account.

    Please not that the form limit refers to the total of forms that you have on your Jotform account. You can still use the existing forms on your account, but you will have to delete these 25 forms if you want to create a new one. Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade to a higher plan to create more forms.

    If you are referring to a different account, please let us know so we can check it as well. Thank you.

    I checked previously asked questions and the replies that have been given before have said "Actually this was the result of a technical error and we regret any inconvenience it may have caused." I was led to believe that the free account stats were per month, not in total.

    Are you referring to this thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/904063)? The technical error that my colleague mentioned was related to the 5 Form Limit being implemented earlier than planned. Other users experienced the Form Limit before the announcement due to a technical error. Please allow me to inform you that we have recently implemented the 5 form limit on Free and Guest accounts last September 19

    You can find out more about this in our blog post here: Upcoming Changes to JotForm Starter & Guest Plan Users: September 19, 2016 The submission limits per month is different from the form limits. Here are the limits on a free account:

    - Receive 100 submissions / 10 payments per month

    - 100MB available space for uploads

    - Create 1 sub-user account

    - Get 1,000 Form views per month

    - Store 500 submissions on account

    - Create 5 forms in your account

    Please note that we are also grandfathering existing forms, so you will still have access to the 25 forms on your account. You can continue to modify them and receive submissions from them. You do not need to upgrade if you are not creating new forms, cloning, or restoring deleted forms on your account.
