How to create an effective online booking system?

Hi. I have setup a booking form through your site for people to book a session and to pay for it. One issue is I'm not sure how I will know about the booking after people click pay with Paypal. Will I receive an email notification with the time and everything they filled out on the form or will I have to check myself after paypal deposits the money?

Also I posted a google calendar into the form so people can see what times are available but this still allows people to accidentally or purposely submit a time that's already booked even though they can see it's booked.

I saw that you have widgets that prevent people from picking the same time from a list of times and widgets that prevent people from picking a date twice. But my sessions can be at anytime of any day for any length so I cannot setup a list of times. I would like to sync my google calendar into the form if possible to prevent double booking and automatically add new bookings. Is that possible?

    Thank you for contacting us.

I recommend also creating an account with us. Use this link https://www.jotform.com/signup to create an account using the same email account you used.

I checked your form   and I understand what you were trying to achieve.

I suggest checking as well the JotForm Booking app here http://bookings.jotform.io/

You just need to add the DateTime field on your form and it will be used in integration to the Booking app.

What is does is, it gives the users data of ubooked date/slot in the DateTime calendar. The user will be able to select/book slots that is available. This will also prevent double booking since the already booked slots will be locked/unavailable.

If you add 2 DateTime field on the form, you can also calculate the duration of booked date/time so you can calculate time (session).

Hope this help. Let us know if you need more assistance on this.

Hello, this booking app does not seem to be working. It always sticks on "creating". Is there a way of making it work?
