Trying to Email a Form

I am trying to email a form to clients.  I go to "More" and "Publish" and copy the code I am supposed to put in the email.  I sent a TEST to myself, and it comes back with "the page you were looking for could not be found".  What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you may have tried copying the wrong code inside your email. This is the correct link to your form:

Please try using that link alone in the emails you are sending, without any other embed codes, and your users will have a direct link to your form that they can open in their browser and fill out.
