Our app suddenly quit registering location.

    App was working fine ear.lier today, suddenly all our employees called with same issue. Error on form, location required. We have tried turning phones and tablets off and on. And no change.

    I did some tests on a cloned version of your form. So far during my tests, I am able to submit the cloned form successfully. I get redirected to the Thank You page without any issues.

    I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Please ask your employees to clear the browser cache on their devices and try submitting the form again.

    If the issue still persists, please let us know. I would also like to ask for your permission do some tests directly on your form. Thank you.
