When I try to submit a form that was encrypted with a public key that I provide, it keeps blocking and displaying "Please wait" indefinitely.

I have tested the form encryption cloning your JotForm to my account and it is working fine at my end. It seems to be an issue with the form itself. Could you try disabling the Form encryption once and save the form? Then reopen the form and enable the Form encryption again to see how it works.
You may also try creating a new encrypted form and see if it is working fine. Let us know the results so that we can further look into the issue.
