    I am not able to view the form on every browser ?

    Sir/Mam,

    My form ID is jotform.me/21181894165457 .

    I am not to see it everytime. Sometime it is getting displayed and sometimes its not. This thing is happening on every browser IE9,Firefox,Opera and Chrome. What is the actual problem ? Is it the script or is the problem from your end ?

    Any help will be really helpfull ..!

    Sorry for the inconveince that mau have caused you today. Can you please try to re-embed your form in to your website uisng iFrame? If the said issue still persist after re-embeding, do let us know so we can further assist you.

    Thanks for the help. iFrame is working perfectly as of now. I am having a account Log-in issue. I am not able to log-in without reseting my pass everytime. ID- madcapspro. Plz have a look into the matter. Thanks. :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for knowing that iFrame code worked fine as solution. For password issue, please can you try using a different browser and see if this happens?

    Hey,

    One more issue. Now after switching to the iFrame script i am not able to send notifications to the desired email ID which i earlier was able to. But if i tried a test mail for a different email ID i was able to go through it. The bounce mail i am getting on my registered ID with jotform after the successful submition of enquiry is :

    I am not sure whether i am able to explain it properly or not. Still if possible do have a look in this case too.

    And for the password thing. I checked it in 3 other browsers IE,Firefox,Opera. Same problem is there. I am not able to login with my changed pass. I always to reset my pass for logging in. Its quite serious.. :(

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on that issue, can you please change your Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com and contact your email provider, request them to Add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.

    email issue is solved. It was some MX records issue from my hosting. :)

    But still that login issue. It is actually bugging :/

    I don't found the username (madcapspro) that you provide to us in our database. I only find mapcapspro as your username under salil12345@gmail.com.
