    Hi PPP_au,

No, you do not have to change your embedded code. Because your contact form's ID remains stable. And all your changes you make from jotform.com will be visible directly from your website as long as you don't create a new form.

    Have a nice day.

If I understood your questions correctly, you are wondering that the form which has already embedded to your website will be updated when you made any changes on your form at your JotForm account.

As redyatech mentioned above, you don't need to update your embed code for every changes you do in your form at your jotform account.

However, if you embed your form by Source Code and made any changes on the source code, you need to re-embed form source code to your webpage.
