Hi. I am planning to create a "creative brief" for potential customers to fill out on my site for hiring me. But I would also like to give them the option to download the form and use it privately for themselves. Is that possible with your forms? (I have not yet set up my site, so I'm trying to find out ahead of time.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Gina

I'm afraid I am unclear on what you meant by "and use it privately for themselves" part, Gina.
If you make a JotForm form, the response submitted through it will always go to your JotForm account. This means that if your customers would fill out the form privately for themselves, the form would actually still be submitted to your own JotForm account, to the submissions page of your form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
However, if you provide us with some more information about what you meant by people filling out the form privately, we'll be happy to look for and offer you ways to achieve what you are after.

Thanks for helping me. I’m hoping a potential customer could print the form from their computer. I hope that makes sense. It’s really important for me they have the option to print a copy on their end, either before they’ve filled it out, or after.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Gina A.

Thank you for clarifying. If you want your potential customers to have the option to get a hard copy of your form by printing it, then I suggest you add a "Print" button on your form.
The guide below explains how you can add a Print button on your form:

If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime.
Thank you.
