I turned off the box that appears when you try to delete a submission from your form and makes you confirm that you really want to delete it. I would like to turn it back on but I don't know how. Could you please point me in the right direction? Thank you for your time.

I think clearing your browser's cache will reset your preferences.

thank you for your answer. Won't deleting my cache affect settings in other services that I use as well?

You are right. It will effect your other preferences. In order to not to delete anything else lets narrow down what we clear. I will give you a screen shot from Chrome, the preferences are similar on other browsers.
