Online Form Plugin for Wordpress

I am currently using Adobe Acrobat  XI Pro to create a pdf order form for my customers to fill out.  I like the form because if my customer does not completely fill the form out correctly or they input the information wrong I can then send the pdf form back to them and have them fill in or make corrections to the form.

I tried using Gravity forms plugin for Wordpress, but if my customer made a mistake or left out information I couldn’t just send them the form back and have them fill in the necessary information then send it back to me.

I am looking for an online form where I can preferably store in my computer as a pdf document. Can Jotform do this? If not, what suggestions do you have for my application.
