My Assistant said you can't get a copy of a form that you're sending for a signature. Is that true? It's a legal form so I need it.

For any headers and text you would like included in the email notification, you would need to add them manually. However, you can include the headers and text of your form in the PDF output of your submission data:
Then include a copy of the PDF in your emails:
These are our guides on setting up email notifications. The first is on setting up notifications sent to you:

signed form that I'm sending?
Warmly,

If you would like to automatically receive a copy of the form when it is filled out, you would set up email notifications as described and include a PDF copy of the submission.
If that is not what you are trying to do, please elaborate on what you mean "automatically receive the signed form that I'm sending".
