No email

    I finally got it to send me an email and a text message alert but now its not working again. It works when I submit it but not when others try to send an order. What gives?

    Hi,

    Can you please contact with you email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.

    I get an email when I fill out the form sometimes. I don't receive it when others do. My mother also gets a text notification on her phone but she did not receive anything. Both have worked at least once but they are not consistent. We both have different Internet providers. I don't know what she uses. I use qualitynet

    Try to make submission and see if this works out!

    I have cloned your form and have successfully received notification to my email and jotform account too.
