Calculation fields not showing on notifier email

    Hi

    We have a form Chip and PIN Short Term Rentals and we have a number of fields on there that are filled in as a result of a calculation.

     

    The form works OK an calculates correctly but the notifier email either doesn't include the field or inlcudes them and zero's them out.

     

    How do we get it to show the correct figures?

    Hello alisonr,

    I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I believe one of your condition is causing this issue. I have cloned your form and testing it to find the cause of this issue.

    I have cloned your form and I was also able to replicate mentioned issue. 

    I made some tests and I think that Total Price field is causing mentioned issue. You have set calculation for that field and there is false value, which means that you have deleted some field from your form.

    Also Order values field has false value set inside of calculation field. 

    I would suggest you to check conditions and calculations inside of your form and remove false values and set calculation for fields that exist on the form.
