Sharing account or create separate ones?

    If 3 departments (finance, recognition, membership) within my company want to use jotform’s free service, would we have to share one account (100 form submissions) or can we each have our own so that each of us can have the 100 free submissions?

    You have the option to create separate accounts for each of the departments that you have, so that they can have their own forms and own limits. You can also share access to forms to different accounts by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-share-forms-with-a-sub-account-user
