Authorize.Net: PCI :: Error during transaction

    I need help understanding this error 
    this is the error that my customers get when trying to follow through with a transaction.  How can this be fixed?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have tested the Authorize.Net integration in sandbox mode and it appears to be working fine.

    We have now cleared your form caches on our end. Could you please let us know if the issue still persists?
