How to use Assignment Rule in Zoho integration with JotForm?

    Hello,

    I emailed in before with a question about integrating a jotform with ZOHO crm. So there is a feature in ZOHO CRM that allows the data of a form submission to go to an "Assignment Rule". This allows for the feature of assigning web-form leads to different sales reps in a round-robin fashion. There is a Lead Assignment Rule ID which must be passed as part of it's own field instead of within the "Owner" field which I have now. Is there a way to get this set up on your end?

    If you are referring to the fields in the Zoho CRM, unfortunately, it is not possible to edit anything with the integration from our end apart from the settings available in the integration wizard. With the integration, the form submission will be sent to Zoho CRM. If you have a workflow set in your Zoho CRM account, you may trigger it from JotForm by enabling the Workflow option.
