I've created a form and have distributed with a submit button. Only partial responses are coming through when people submit.

Some fields come through fine people click the submit button. Others come through as though the individual did not provide any information.

This is very urgent as I use the form to administer an exam in higher education. Please get back asap.

The form in my account is called the DI Request form.

I checked your PDF form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/62805661982969 and I noted that none of the fields in the form were set as *Required fields. Since none of the question is mandatory, the form can even be submitted without providing any data.

But another thing that is weird is that the PDF form does not have a Submit button on it.

Can you please guide me on how the form was suppose to be submitted? I will investigate further once I have a better understanding on how it works.
