Form not Submitting in Wordpress website

    I have followed the instructions on how to embed the link into my wordpress.com site FinancialPeaceWithKala.com/application. When i test it out the submit button just gets stuck on "Please Wait"

    Can you please provide us with the correct URL of your website where you have published your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62995221860158 

    The URL you provided in your post was an invalid URL when I checked.

    I test submitted your form using its own URL but I could not encounter the issue you mentioned. See the video below when I did the test.
