Why won't my Stripe account connect

    I'm trying to set up payment on my website through Stripe, but the form is not connecting to the Stripe account. When i click the Stripe Connect Link, it brings me to the new page where I'm asked to log into my Stripe account, but once I click "Connect My Stripe Account," it just says "Connecting" without ever actually completing the connection.

    On the Stripe payment wizard, there is a blue "Connect with Stripe" button,

    Clicking that opens another window asking for your permission to allow Jotform to connect with your stripe account.

    When you click the "Sign in with Stripe to connect" button, the Stripe login page loads and you will be asked to log in your Stripe credentials.

    Once you successfully login your account you will again be redirected to another page to authorize access to your Stripe account with the following details that you also need to fill up.

    Are you not seeing the same process as above? Can you help us by giving us more information about the issue you're having, please? You can post a screenshot of what you're getting every time you try to your Stripe account to your form.
