Are emails still added the bounce list if the sender email is a custom SMTP setup?

No, our bounce list is not applied to the custom SMTP senders.

Great. This should be advertised/shown more, perhaps in the Bounce List article: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
There are many people upset with the Bounce List feature in the forum that I have seen (myself included, having not known I was not receiving critical business form contacts for over 3 months) and this would help JotForm very much if people knew it would not happen if they setup a custom SMTP sender.
