    What happened to my form????

Asked by BlueSkyDesign on May 05, 2012 at 07:26 PM

I was working on a form, it said it was saving it and I had to close out for the evening. I just came back online and it's gone. All that work...gone. What gives?

We apologize for your inconvenience. Can you please provide us the form ID and tell us which fields are missing? Please wait for your Form Builder to save your work next time before you log out. If you have disabled the AutoSave option, please re-enable it. By the way did you clear your browser's cache and check your form again?

I figured it out...stupid me didn't give it enough time to update on my screen. It was there. I do have another question, though. I've created a form for a client to use on their website. The info is sensitive. What do I have to do to make it secure? I assume I need a SSL cert for the site but do I have to do anything on your end?

Thanks for your help. I LOVE this resource.

Yes, you can embed your form to recieve SSL submission into our secure server

    Pelase follow this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

You can also add more credibility to the site by adding a security seal, as our secure.jotform.com domain is currently configured to use RapidSSL certificate.

In order to add it to your form please, choose Upload Image File instead of Security Certificate Seal.

Should you need further assistance, let us know. We are always glad to assist.
