Where are the forms?

    Hello,

    for few days, I miss the "Feedback" - Buttons on my Site. Nobody has change the code.
    What can I do? Please help me.

    I have checked on your website and I can see the two JotForms you have embedded, I can see they are working fine, here is a screen-cast about it:

    I have also checked your account and I can see it is fine so far, could you please check on your end and let us know if it works for you now? 

    If the issue still persists, please try opening your webpage in another web browser, may be an specific issue or conflict with the browser you're currently using.
