Hello! I use JotForm and am supposed to receive the forms via my email: email@example.com
I have not been receiving completed forms to my email. Can you please help me?

I have checked the email address you've provided and I can see all emails are being sent, the email address is not in our bounce list either which is one of the reasons why emails do not send.
You can also check the email history on your end by following this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

If the problem still persists, try setting up SMTP on your account so you will be able to control the sender email info: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
