In settings on visual reports chart data is only showing 4 data options from the entire table of 12. How do i choose the data I want in the chart?

Visual reports are limited to a single page or 4 lines in your case (depends on chart/graph size). A workaround to this is to create multiple visual reports and to treat each as a page.
For example, the first 4 lines are on report 1, the next 4 are on report 2, and so on. You may rename your visual reports in an orderly manner, (such as visual report page 1, visual report page 2, etc) so you won't get confused.
I have some guides on how to generate visual reports, you can check on them.
I hope this information will be helpful to you.

I'm trying to make the chart visual report for this form to show the results on the same web page as I'm going to have the form. When I go to create the report, the only thing it allows is the form submission info. So, not the pie chart or bar chart (I want the bar one) or anything. http://jotform.com/?formID=22082463763959
Can you help? Of course, I didn't realise this until the voting is supposed to start... ugh!

You can place your report on the same page where the form is by using iframe. You can get the iframe code of your report by visiting your visual report page, and on the upper left part you will find the share Report icon. A modal window will appear and you can get the iframe code:
