English form showing up in Greek

    My form was created completely in English and now it is showing up in Greek on my computer. I have tried opening the form in google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Is there a way to fix this/avoid this issue?

    Please check again. Also, make sure your browser is not setup to translate pages. You may try loading the form in Chrome incognito window. Let us know if you need more help.
