Not getting emails from Jotform?

    Everyone in my office is receiving the emails generated by my forms except me. I have added them to the safe sender list in outlook and our IT says there is no reason they should not be getting to me, but I can't even forward one from the jotform dashboard.  See email from IT below.



    I am sending an email to you letting you know that this user has been having trouble receiving emails from your organization.

    Could you please verify that you aren’t using a cached email address? When you begin typing out Matthew’s name it should autofill.

    Click the X next to his name on the right and re-type out his user.  I was also wondering if there have been any bounce backs coming from you trying to send them emails?

    I have checked the email address you're using in your form and I can see one of them is in our bounce list, here is the result: 


    m***r@w** is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 rejected due to spam URL in content

    I have already removed it from our bounce list so you can receive emails now, please also check this guide that will help you to avoid emails  to be added to our bounce list:
