How do you have a form save and renew daily?

We are using jotform plugin on an app built from Buildfire.com. We want the form to act as a daily checklist for children to be responsible for their pets. The problem is, when they check off morning responsibilities and close the app, the checks disappear. We want the checks to remain on the form until the next day, when the form would renew. Is this possible? 

Unfortunately, once the form has been submitted a new empty form will be shown in the app, what you could do is to use the "Continue Forms Later" feature, this way you will allow your users to save the information entered in the form and submit it at the end of the day, so when they go back to the form an empty form will be shown.
