I have some text on the forms that indicate what I need to do if I get a request. For instance, delete this address and/or add this address.
Once I get the email I get both addresses but if someone else is working on the request they wont know what address to delete or to add.
How can I make sure that the text on the forms gets included on the email sent?

Unfortunately, the text added using the "Text" field will not be possible to include this text in the email notifications, you would need to manually add the text to the email notification.
You could also use the Narrative Fields widget to display the text in your form and then simply add it in the email template like another field so you do not write it again.
Here is the link to the widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/narrative_fields
This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Also, to show the text in your emails you will need to set this in the widget settings:
You may simply use the widget to display the text, it is not necessary to get inputs on it.
You will then find the widget on the "Form Fields" option in the email wizard:
Hope this helps.
