The code provided to embed my Squarespace form on my squarespace website only shows half of my form.  it does not show the bottom half which requires users to upload images and files.

i have temporarily used the code from the "embed" tab, however this requires viewers to refresh the page in order for them to view the form

how do i get the rest of the code?

First off, I can see you have already opened another thread about the same concern, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/971811

Now, I have checked the webpage you've provided and I can see you've embedded your form using the iFrame method and the forms is currently showing completely, here is a screenshot about what I can see:

Which web browser are you using?

I would suggest you to embed the form using the iFrame method using the iFrame code as it is provided by the publish wizard, this way you will have embedded also the JavaScript code that automatically calculates the form's height: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Please, do let us know how it goes.
