Error when publishing my form

I received the following warning when I published my form on my website.

�2 Warnings
Form LOCATIONS Form is configured with an email address of darian.kanius@gmail.com, which does not match the server name darmodymgt.com. Some hosting providers refuse to send emails from email addresses on different hosts. If submitting your form does not send email as expected, change the first email address listed in your Muse form to an address on darmodymgt.com and try again.

Please advise where this is so that I can fix the error.  I certainly do not want any email address showing up anywhere that is not affiliated with my company.

Also, I do not want jotform to appear on my form for the user.

Where are you receiving that error message? 

Is it showing in the JotForm publish wizard? 

I have checked your form and the email address related to your form is this one j**s@d********t.com so the email address you're provided is not currently related to your form nor your account. 

May be also that you've already changed it, but as far as I know there is not a problem using different email addresses in your forms.
