Why did I lose my forms?

    Please kindly help me to fix that I lose all my form. Thank

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    However, I have just checked your account and I can see you've 43 forms so far:

    Maybe you were not logged in when you checked on your end, could you please check and confirm us that you can see all your forms now?
