The distance Calculator is not working

I have a driving distance calculator that worked fine until today. Anyone else have this problem?

Clients cannot enter their address in the "To" field

I have a live form and it's causing some negative feedback.

I have checked your form, but I am not able to see any issue in your Form, Also I am able to enter the address in the Delivery address field, and distance calculation works properly:

I was not working yesterday evening, a client had problems, and let me know.

When I checked, I had the same issues. I am chalking it up to the widget server right now.
