How to change form title.

The other issue is that we use this account to create forms for multiple brands, yet even though each form title indicates the different brand name, some forms come through with the subject "Critical Cycles" when we never even put that in the form name. How can we change that?

Please specify the form you are referring to. What are you referring to when you say "some forms come through with the subject 'Critical Cycles'"?
