    Hi,

We need to create a form that leads into a Google Sheet, but the sheet column headings need to be of a specic name.

For example if we add a date field and call this "Date of Birth" on the form, we need to this to fill in a column called "DOB" on the Goolge Sheet. Currently the column is the same name as the visible form feild name.

I have tried to change the Unique name in the Advanced Field options but this does not work.

    How do we do this?

    Regards

Unfortunately you cannot change the headers on the google sheet without having to change them on jotform. The column header name in the integrated Google spreadsheet is based on the field's label name. Changing the header on the spreadsheet without changing the form field's label name will cause the integration to break.

A possible workaround I can suggest would be to create another Google Spreadsheet with your preferred headings. Then use the ImportRange function to copy the data from the integrated google sheet into the google sheet that you created.

You can follow this guide on How To Import Data From Other Google Spreadsheets.
