Form Analytic : Conversion rate over than 100%?

    Hello, I am wondering how is it possible that the conversion rate is showing more than 100%? I set the period between 26-27 Oct, and I got 110% conversion rate.

    I have checked Form Analytics of this form according to "All Times" and a custom time interval (26/10/2016 - 27/10/2016). I saw that number of responses was different than the actual numbers. In other words, the total number of responses seen on the form analytics was 53 but the actual number of responses was 37 in the submission page. 

    When I customized the time interval as 26/10/2016 - 27/10/2016, I did not replicate the issue. The conversion rate was 23%, not 110%. However, the total submission you received within this time was 17 but it was seen 18 on the form analytics.

    I will escalate this issue to our developers. Once this issue is resolved, we will inform you via this thread.

    Hi Helen,
    Thanks for the reply. I guess the different number between actual responses
    and responses in analytics is because I have deleted some of test responses.
    As for the conversion rate, it somehow looks right. Thanks.

    Hi Nik,

    May I know if you have further info regarding different number of submissions I have with analytics? In this case, I have 125 submissions, but it shows 131 in analytics. Indeed that I deleted some submission tests in the beginning of the survey. Perhaps it was about 6 that I deleted, but couldn't recall for sure.
