How can I end my monthly subscription?

i subscribed on bronze subscription on 1st of October, i would like to last just in October, i don't want to pay for November. Please end the subscription on November 1st.

The number of the receipt is 

I checked your account and you already cancelled your subscription so it will end on 2nd of the October.

Meaning, you will have Bronze plan for October only.
