How to avoid entering the same value to different fieldsAsked by shanelisa on October 27, 2016 at 06:43 AM
i have groupon selection in the voucher catergorie, flied,
when one select that , 3 fields show up , see below
how can i avoid them from entering the same code on the the other fields,
eg, if i entered the a code on the voucher code field, 14dddddd1,
customer must not enter the same code in security code and ref code field
Thanks for contacting us.
I understood your question in two different ways. I explain both of these two ways below.
I cloned and tested your form on my side. First of all, "Ref code" field can not be the same as "Voucher Code" and "Security Code" fields. Because, the fields take different digits.
a. If you want to not let your users to enter the same value to the each field, please follow these steps:
1. Click "Basic Fields" and add "Text" field to your form between Voucher Code and Security Code. Then, write your warning message.
2.Click "Voucher Code" conditions button and add this condition to your form.
Then click "Save".
b. If the security code and voucher code are the same value and you want your user to not enter the same value again for these two fields , please follow these steps.
1. Click "Voucher Code" conditions button and add this condition to your form.
Then, just click "Save".
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
