I cannot reset my password as I never recieve a email from you.
I'm using Gmail as a mail provider and I never get a mail from you, even in the SPAM folder.
Can you please look into the issue?

I've checked your account and I've seen that your email email@example.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive information email to reset your password. So that, I've removed your email from our bounce list and you are able to receive emails now.
I've sent the information needed to reset your password to your email address. Please check your email and follow the instructions.
