Up until this month I had no problems with JotForm. A patron would fill out the form, they would receive a confirmation email, and I would receive the email notification. But on October 17, a patron filled out a form, received a confirmation, but I did not get a notification in my email (nor in my SPAM). has anyone else experienced this? What could be the cause?
I see that you've already opened a thread regarding this concern yesterday and one of my colleagues already replied to that thread. Since the thread was set as "private", please login to your account and refer to that thread to avoid confusion.
