I made a form, in which people can upload 3 files: 2 small pictures (up to 5 mb) and 1 video file (up to 1 gb). As I understand, it should be possible to upload files up to 1 gb per file. But this does not work. Uploading smaller files works fine, but when file size gets around 500 mb or bigger, the file seems to upload fine, it goes unto 100%, but then it gives "failed" and becomes red. I ve tried to disconnect from my dropbox and connect again, but it did not help.
I upgraded my jotform to 10gb upload space, and my dropbox to 50 gb so that should not be the problem.
Any idea how to solve this?Page URL:

The 1Gb limit is per submission. The total size per submission should not exceed 1GB or 1048576 Kb. As long as it stays below the limit, it should work fine.

No it does not work. I tried again to set the limit again to 1048576, and the when I try to upload something of around 800mb, it seems to be uploading fine but after it reaches 100%, it says 'failed'. Any more ideas on how to solve this?

We are really sorry for what this issue has caused you. Can you try re-embedding the form using iFrame to your website. See if that works.
I have just cloned your form and successfully uploaded a file of about 0.58GB without any issue. Please lets know if re-embedding works.
