Why is my account in autosuspend?

    I can't login because my account shows as being autosuspended. Can you please explain why and how this can be fixed?

    Hi Michele,

    Our filtering systems auto-suspends an account if the created forms are suspected for phishing. In your case, when I've checked your account, it seemed like a false alarm. So I have re-activated your account. Sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for contacting us about this problem.

    Today I couldn't access to my account which is ''controlex@hotmail.com.br'', When I try to login I get this message ''Login Failed, Auto suspend''.

     

    Please could you tell me what is the problem?
