We have been using Jot Form as a sample entry form and recently we have been receiving some complaints. When customers enter quantities into one field, on the automatic confirmation the qtys appear in another field. I have taken a look and cannot seem to figure this out.
Do you know why this would happen and what we could do to correct this?

I have tried submitting your JotForm and see that the auto-responder is displaying the quantity correctly.
Let us know if you have found any difference with any submission so that we can investigate the issue further.
