One of my delegated users accidentally deleted all entries in one of my forms this morning. Is there a restore function or does JotForm have a way to find a backup? Ideally we'd be able to retrieve at least all spreadsheet date from Oct. 1 to today.

Unfortunately, there's no way to restore the deleted submissions. The system will ask again for a confirmation after pressing the delete button.
However, you can check your account Email History from October 1, 2016. Here's a guide, it should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
Once you find all the emails that were sent to you and then use our Import Data app to add them into the submissions panel again. Please take note that the Import Data App only accepts CSV or Excel files
