    I am not able to see submissions except their header details.

    my manager has shared forms with me and others, (the reponses) but im not seeing anything??? other team memebers can see all the submissions, but I just see header details?

    It seems that you're viewing your form's submissions via http://www.jotform.com (US servers). Please visit https://eu.jotform.com and view your form's submissions there.

    Thanks for the confirmation, varneyj. I see now what's going on. Your account is set to store data in Europe only so it seems to be affecting the way you're viewing the submissions of your parent user.

    Can you try uncheck the Europe Datacenter setting and see if the problem persists? to do this, go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data and then uncheck the Europe Datacenter checkbox there:
