my manager has shared forms with me and others, (the reponses) but im not seeing anything??? other team memebers can see all the submissions, but I just see header details?

Thanks for the confirmation, varneyj. I see now what's going on. Your account is set to store data in Europe only so it seems to be affecting the way you're viewing the submissions of your parent user.
Can you try uncheck the Europe Datacenter setting and see if the problem persists? to do this, go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data and then uncheck the Europe Datacenter checkbox there:
If the problem persists, please let us know.

I’ve been trying to complete a help form on line but it keeps failing.
I have a problem – it looks like the account i'm using is a free account – when in fact my manager (who is based in the USA paid for the account) – I’m based in the UK. (His name is Daniel McIntyre)
My settings – as per previous emails have the Europe status unticked.
Every time I go to jot form. Even using the jotfrom main URL, it reverts to EU.Jotform?
I also have issues that when the system auto saves my form, it then freezes, and I end up having to log out and log back in which is a pain as this happens every few minutes.
Can you please help correct my account urgently

I checked your account. Everything is fine. You data has been moved to the USA. But you use the european site to create forms. Thats okay.
And there is no record of having to login every few minutes that I can see (please try to login again?):
Also, you are right that you are marked as a free user. So you will have to get Daniel to add you as a sub account user:

Yes you (varneyj) are registered as a FREE user. And Daniel (dmcintyre4) is registered as a SILVER user. I can see you are properly setup as a shared user.
