    Getting "unauthorized to edit this form" when trying to open a form in the designer / themes tool.

    When I try to change something regarding theme or Design I get a message that I am not authorized to do so.  I am the only one on this account.  My form is the Eco-responsable form that I am trying to format.  First I bought a background/theme and I couldn't use it and now this.  What is wrong with my account that this is causing so much trouble.  It should be easy.

    I have checked your account and I can see this happens with all of your forms, I have already cleared your forms cache, but the issue still persists.

    I'm not sure if it has to do with the username you're using in your account, it gives the impression like if it was a guest account guest_50947857351061; however, I will forward this thread to our second level so our developers may further investigate the problem and resolve it. 

    We'll let you know via this thread as soon as we get updates.

    Please as soon as possible. That form has to go out this week. Problem has been going on for a few weeks and I get the same nessage every time.
    Urgent that this be fixed.

    Can I change my username? Would this solve the issue? The problem was reported to you on October 17.... Why is it still not resolved?

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I can see the other thread you opened and it was already escalated to our second level, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/962407

    The problem seems the same; however, the ticket opened on that thread is still opened and the assigned developer is still working on it. 

    Can I change my username?

    We cannot ensure if this would resolve the issue, it seems related to the username because it is a guest username account, we could change it on our end and you only need to provide us the new username that you would like to use, if this still does not help we will need to report this to the current opened ticket. 

    Please do let us know the username, we will be glad to proceed with the change on our end.
