We have several occasions where designated recipients are not receiving the notification email after a submission. We've confirmed with our email server that emails are not being transmitted at those specific times which removes them from the problem equation. This is detrimental to our business and processes not having these notifications working as they should and compels me to search for other providers that offers the same service you do.
Specific example would be a submission first thing this morning 10/27 in our "Listing Coversheet" by Julie. We did not receive any notification of that submission.

I have checked the email recipients you're using in your form and I can see one of them is in our bounce list, here is the result as well as the email:
teresa@so********n.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I have removed the email address from our bounce list so you can receive emails now, I would also suggest you to follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
I would also recommend you to set up SMTP to send the emails from your account, this way you will have more controls over the how the emails are sent: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
