I have just tested your form, the embedded one that you've in your webpage and using the direct link as well, I can see both are working fine and actually redirecting to the PayPal page, here is a screen-cast about what I can see on my end:
I can also see you've properly integrated your form with PayPal and you're also using the iFrame code that we suggest to avoid conflicts between the website's code and the form's code.
Are you still facing the issue on your end?

I switched to the iframe version after I submitted my question. So thank you for the response everything is working fine now.
