Form view limit

Hello,

I received a notice that my form views has exceeded the 10k limit for this month. How will this effect my forms and submission?

You will be notified via email indicating that you are about the reach the limits. You will be advised to upgrade in order to prevent overlimit status. When you exceeded the limits, your forms will be disabled. No one will be able to access them.

In terms of submissions and form views, the counter will reset back to 0 every first day of the month. If the counter resets back to 0 then it means that your account will be active again.

If you want unlimited form views limit, you can allow JotForm to display ad (Powered By JotForm) in the footer section of your forms. To do so, just check "JotForm Footer" on your settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. You should see "unlimited used" in your account status after that under Form Views.
